NSU Swim Squad Adds Two From Wyoming

ABERDEEN, SD (NSUWolves.com) – Northern State University Head Swimming Coach Nicole Monanian announced the signing of two student-athletes to National Letters of Intent on Friday.  Kristen Collingwood (Greybull, WY) and Kenna Smith (Cheyenne, WY) will join the Wolves this fall.

Kristen Collingwood is a 5’8”, butterfly and freestyle swimmer out of Greybull High School.  She was a 4-year letter winner and senior team captain for the Buffalo.  Collingwood is a 4-time conference champion, winning the 100 fly in 2015 and 2017, the 200 IM in 2015, and the 200 free in 2016.  She is a 4-time all-conference and 3-time all-state selection.

Kenna Smith is a 5’6”, butterfly and freestyle swimming out of Cheyenne East High School.  She was a 4-year letter winner for the Thunderbirds.  Smith holds personal records of 1:02.45 in the 100 fly, 26.64 in the 50 free, and 58.00 in the 100 free.
