PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- State law enforcement officials thanked legislators and the Governor Thursday for finding two-point-four million dollars in funding to reconstruct the state Emergency Vehicle Operations Course near the Pierre Regional Airport.  Attorney General Mark Vargo says the project was big politically because of the cost.
