ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- Brown County’s free residential spring cleanup ends Saturday at 5 p.m. Until then, fees are wived on paint, trees, rubble, batteries, furniture, waste oil, electronics, appliances, scrap metal, propane tanks, grass, leaves and other miscellaneous waste dropped at the landfill. State approves 2 licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries in Fort Pierre
