PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- A legal challenge to Amendment “C” will continue despite a judges ruling last week. A Circuit Court Judge ruled that mailing the notice of the lawsuit to the Attorney General was not sufficient, that it had to be hand delivered. Dave Owen of Sioux Falls is one of the plaintiffs in the case.… Read more »
