Regional Department of Transportation Engineer Greg Rothschadl says Foothills Contracting of Webster got the nineteen million dollar contract for work on about twenty miles of Highway 46. YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Dry grass and brush and little precipitation have had fire departments on the move. Yankton Assistant Fire Chief Larry Nickels says they had more calls yesterday.
