WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG)- During Veterans Service Officer update at the County Commissioners meeting, Todd Rose spoke on disabled vets license plates. Todd explains more. Todd quoted the current law. AVON, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission finished the clean up of the bond default of the Farmers Cooperative Elevator in Avon.
