Hub City Radio PT Cruiser Giveaway Rules

1. All decisions of Hub City Radio are final.
2. Only one PT Cruiser will be given away.
3. Hub City Radio employee’s, family members of the employee or extended relative or relationship of the employee are not eligible to qualify or win any prizes with this promotion.
4. All taxes, insurance, titles, or any financial obligations are the responsibility of the winner.  Neither Hub City Radio and or Aberdeen Chrysler assume any financial responsibility.
5. To be eligible for the contest, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
6. Employees of the Aberdeen Chrysler Center. (See rule 3.)
7. Contest’s qualifications to participate in the promotion are unique opportunities at each event; time dates and place of the contests are at the discretion of Hub City Radio.  The number of qualifiers at each event is at the discretion of Hub City Radio.
8. Number of qualifiers is at the sole discretion of the radio station.
9. The qualifiers of the contest must be present at the time of the giveaway or a qualified proxy must stand in with prior notice to the radio station at least 5 days ahead of time or will not be eligible.
